Prague will host a European Poker Tour event early in 2022 but you can play for EPT titles from the comfort of your home tonight.


Following the postponement of EPT Prague, which was set to start this week, PokerStars have announced the revised dates for the festival. 

The series will now take place from March 5-16, 2022. It will be a bit different from the usually festive feel of the tournament which always took place just before Christmas. 

If you are booking your live poker schedule for 2022 you have probably noticed that is just before EPT Sochi, which is due to take place between March 18 and 27, 2022. 

PokerStars will be donating $100,000 from the upcoming EPT Online series to all the live event staff who were due to work at EPT Prague this month. Speaking of which…

EPT Online Returns


The EPT Online festival returns to PokerStars from today, with high stakes buy-ins as well as a low stakes equivalent tier. 68 tournaments in total between December 8 and 19

Highlights of the series include:

  • $11 EPT Online Cup Mini with $150,000 guaranteed
  • $55 buy-in Mini Main Event with $1,000,000 guaranteed
  • $5,200 buy-in EPT Main Event with $1,500,000 guaranteed
  • $1,050 buy-in The Return of Arena Championship with $1,000,000 guaranteed
  • $10,300 buy-in Sunday Super High Roller with $1,000,000 guaranteed.

This is only the second time EPT titles have been contested online, with this series previously taking place this time last year.
