“He can make light of a penalty…”
Timeform on Limaro Prospect
Florence Street finished nearer last than first on her debut at Salisbury 12 days ago, but she shaped much better than the bare result suggests, and is expected to improve significantly now. That race looked above-average – one of the most valuable maidens in the calendar – and the manner in which Florence Street travelled suggests she possesses a fair bit of ability. She left the impression she would come on a fair bit fitness wise and she is of big interest now.
Limaro Prospect came good with cheekpieces added here last week and appeals as one who could go on a bit of a roll now he’s found his form. He found a chunk of improvement that day, travelling better than usual and finding plenty to prevail. He can make light of a penalty, perhaps at the main expense of Aiguillette who has finished runner-up four times in his last five starts.
Cashel is on a lengthy losing run, and admittedly isn’t the easiest to predict, but he is much better than this level at his best. Cashel has now fallen 7 lb below his last winning mark, and though he ran one of his lesser races at Yarmouth last time, he is a better performer on the all-weather. The booking of Oisin Murphy catches the eye and a big run is expected.
