A win in the Millionaire Maker to go with his online bracelet makes Daniel Lazrus the third player with a pair of bracelet wins this year.

There is always a double bracelet winner at the WSOP but due to the sheer number of online bracelets this year the question really is how many will there be this year?

Daniel Lazrus is the only player so far to become a double bracelet winner during the live WSOP, although his first bracelet was online.

He just beat a packed field of 5,330 players to take down the Millionaire Maker for a cool million. In July he took down the $3,200 High Roller at WSOP.com for $205,347 to capture his first bracelet.

If you are looking for inspiration, he has only been playing poker seriously for two years, telling PokerNews:

I only started playing about four and half years ago, at first just recreationally. I started winning, met the right guy, who put me in touch with the other right guys, just learned. Starting like two years ago I started raising stakes and studying very very aggressively almost as a priority.

He joins Mark Herm and Martin Zamani as one of three double bracelet winners in 2021 so far. Both Herm and Zamani won their bracelets exclusively online. It seems almost inevitable with almost 100 bracelet events left to go that we will see more people win a pair of gold straps this year.
