K International’s investee company MaximBet, which operates within the sports betting and online casino segments, announced Wednesday it has secured market access in Ohio and Pennsylvania through partnership deals.
The new states come on the heels of launch in Colorado earlier this month, as the lifestyle sports betting brand aims at gaining access across more markets both in the U.S. and Canada. The Colorado debut has been described as successful by the company, which claims to have achieved “a record-setting number of bets” on the opening weekend of the pro football season.
“For every new market we enter, our sole focus is on bringing the best experience to the customer by providing them now only with a world-class sportsbook and casino, but also with access to invaluable experiences that only a lifestyle brand can provide,” said Daniel Graetzer, CEO of MaximBet.
MaximBet’s latest partnership grants online sports betting access in Ohio, and separately, the company will be gaining access in Pennsylvania through Caesars Entertainment in order to provide iGaming.

The company is now live, or set to go live, in six states, and Canada. The markets are the following ones: Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania. “We are excited about the efficiencies this scale brings to our business,” added Graetzer, who says the company looks forward to additional market access arrangements “in the near future.”
As fans in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania must still wait for the company to fully launch their platform in the newly accessed markets, the operator is celebrating by rewarding customers with “a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles” in February 2022 for The Big Game, according to a press release. The prize package includes tickets, exclusive features, paid flights, hotels and spending money valued at $50,000.
MaximBet is a privately-held multi-state and globally licensed sports betting and online casino operator focused on capitalizing on the expansion of the recently legalized sports betting market in the United States. Its international site was launched in August and entered a 10-year multi-state market-access partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
In 2022, the company expects to continue expanding to additional states, with a goal to be live in at least 50% of the legalized US markets by the end of that year. The company aims at providing “an immersive entertainment experience,” joining online betting and real-world experiences “all onto one platform.”
It describes itself as a “lifestyle brand”, also providing real-life and virtual access to celebrities, athletes and influencers. Investor ZK International Group is a China-based engineering company “building and investing in innovative technologies for the modern world.”
