Gamanza Engage has formed a strategic partnership with Apuestas Royal, the Venezuelan-based sports betting and online casino operator with a strong footprint across America.

The collaboration will provide Apuestas with access to Gamanza ’s customer relationship management (CRM), gamification, and engagement tools across five of its brands.

Under the agreement, Apuestas will deploy Gamanza ’s real-time CRM, loyalty programs, and gamification toolkit, complemented by free-to-play mini-games aimed at boosting player interaction and retention. The rollout spans five brands within the operator’s portfolio, namely Apuestas , Gogo , Juega y Cobra, Jugando a Ganar, and Aprieta y Gana.

Operators can track player behavior through real-time dashboards and use data-driven tools to optimize engagement across all brands. Modules can be deployed individually or as a unified platform.

“Apuestas Royal has built a compelling multi-brand presence across America, and this partnership is a natural extension of our mission to bring sophisticated engagement tools to operators in high-growth markets,” Andrés Blanco, Managing Director, Gamanza , said. “By deploying Gamanza Engage across five brands simultaneously, Apuestas Royal is taking a smart, coordinated approach to loyalty that will deliver measurable results for player retention and lifetime value.”

Sai García, Managing Director of Apuestas Royal, said that the company aims to provide players with an experience that goes beyond the game itself.

The ability to roll out CRM and gamification across all five of our brands from a single, unified platform is a significant step forward for us,” Garcia said. “We’re focused on building long-term relationships with our users, and this partnership gives us the data, the mechanics and the personalisation capabilities to make that happen at scale across America.”
