Bally’s Intralot S.A. has signed a new agreement with Hellenic Lotteries S.A., part of Allwyn Hellas, to provide lottery technology solutions following the award of a new concession for Greece’s state lotteries.

The agreement follows an international tender process through which Hellenic Lotteries obtained the exclusive right to operate and manage Greece’s state lotteries, including passive lotteries and instant games, for a 12-year period that commenced on May 2, 2026. The company also held the previous 12-year state lottery license.

Under the contract, Bally’s Intralot will migrate Hellenic Lotteries’ existing lottery system to the company’s latest technology stack. The deployment will include a turnkey lotteries and instant games management platform built on Bally’s Intralot’s LotosX Omni ecosystem.

The company will continue supporting Hellenic Lotteries’ game operations across its retail distribution network while enabling digital integration capabilities. The agreement includes an initial one-year base term, with options for annual extensions of up to three years or continuation throughout the duration of the concession.

“We are pleased to be cooperating with Bally’s Intralot in the new era of Hellenic Lotteries,” said Jan Karas, Chairman and CEO of Allwyn Hellas. “Ensuring business continuity, revamping and evolving our products, and upgrading customer experience are key pillars of our plans for the new 12-year concession.”

We look forward to continuing to work with Bally’s Intralot on technology solutions that will help us meet customer expectations, offer innovative propositions and drive business, while improving our efficiency, productivity, and responsible operations,” Karas added.

Robeson Reeves, CEO of the Bally’s Intralot Group, said the agreement extends the companies’ existing relationship.

“Allwyn Hellas and Hellenic Lotteries are valued long-standing partners, and we are honored to renew and strengthen our collaboration,” said Reeves. “This agreement reflects the trust placed in our technology, our people, and our long-term commitment to supporting regulated lottery operators. Working closely with Hellenic Lotteries, we aim to deliver a modern, secure, and scalable gaming ecosystem that enables sustainable growth and innovation.”

Bally’s Intralot is listed on Euronext Athens and operates across the online gaming, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting sectors. The company combines Bally’s digital gaming operations with INTRALOT’s lottery technology business following the formation of the Bally’s Intralot group.
