I know it happens every year, but it never gets easier. Still, there is a good side to December football. For starters, we’ve got games on the docket that mean a lot for the teams competing. Take tonight’s Sunday Night Football game between the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers. Both of these teams are still alive for the top seed in their conference. They literally have to win. It’s going to be cinema tonight at Levi’s Stadium, which means we absolutely have to bet this thing. Our hands are tied. Lucky for us, I’ve got the perfect way to play this game. Feels easy.

Bears vs 49ers SGP Leg #1 – Caleb Williams Will Show Up Tonight

When we’re about to watch two teams fight it out with the #1 seed on the line, we know we’ll see good quarterback play. Good teams generally have good quarterbacks. That’s just how good teams work. The Chicago Bears are no different.

They’re led by the King of the North, Caleb Williams, a.k.a, Iceman.

Here’s the deal: this kid can play. We’ve all seen him. Sure, there have been some “down” moments, but overall, we’re talking about a guy who just gets it done. Over the last two weeks, he’s thrown for 240+ yards in both games. His team needs him, and he’s delivering. He’s the god damned Iceman.

Looking at tonight’s game, Caleb is set up for success. As good as the 49ers are, their defense is suspect. It’s not totally their fault since guys are hurt, but blame has no place in this game. We just watched Phillip Rivers throw for 277 yards against them last week. That guy had only played one game in five years before that. If Phil can go 277, Caleb can go 200+. That’s just logic. Feels easy.

CHI vs SF Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – The Bears Will Score Points

In order to win football games, teams have to score points. That’s just the facts of life in the NFL. Nobody knows that better than the Chicago Bears. They’ve got one of the best play-callers in the NFL calling games for them, so they’re in good hands.

The books are noticing too, since only two on the planet have their over set to anything less than 24 right now.

The Bears have scored 21+ points in each of their last five games, so we don’t really need to focus on them. We know they can score points. What we need to do is look at the 49ers to see what they’ve been giving up. When we do that, we’ll see that the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts both hung 24+ points on them. That’s bad. Both of those teams were led by guys who aren’t even close to the Iceman.

I’m thinking we throw the Bears team total over 22.5 in the mix since we know that’s hitting. If we want to use the boost, we can add in the over 21.5 since we need three legs. It won’t help the price because it’s obviously correlated, but it gets us the boost, which will help the price. Feels right.
