- Kyle Schwarber (+380) is an ideal option to hit a home run in 2026 MLB All-Star Game player props
- Junior Caminero could record a hit (+100) as he’s riding a scorching-hot bat for the Tampa Bay Rays
- Dylan Cease (+110) could record at least two strikeouts if the pitches deep into the 2026 MLB All-Star Game
The 2026 Midsummer Classic will take place this Tuesday, July 14, at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, with first pitch circa 8:00 pm ET.
Despite missing the likes of Paul Skenes (rest), Jacob Misiorowski (fatigue), and Shohei Ohtani (knee), the NL roster is stronger on paper compared to an AL group down Aaron Judge (ribs) and Byron Buxton (hip).
The AL will send Toronto’s Dylan Cease (2.56 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and an AL-leading 148 strikeouts in 98.1 innings) to the mound, while the NL will counter with Phillies ace Cristopher Sanchez (2.62 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, 144:25 K:BB across 127.1 innings), who is sure to have the Philly faithful behind him.
Here are my best player props for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game.
2026 MLB All-Star Game: Best Player Props and Odds
Schwarber gets the nod as a potential home-run hitter due to his familiarity with Citizens Bank Park and his impressive showing in the Home Run Derby on Monday. I’m also backing Junior Caminero to record a hit at even money, given that he’s carrying one of the hottest bats in the majors in recent weeks.
Last but not least, Dylan Cease should get at least two strikeouts as one of the best hurlers in the game, though it remains to be seen how deep he’ll go as starting pitchers in the All-Star Game rarely pitch more than two innings.
Anytime Home Run Pick: Kyle Schwarber (+380 at theScore Bet)
Had it not been for Jordan Walker’s impressive turnaround in the Home Run Derby on Monday, Schwarber would’ve headed to the All-Star Game as a first-time winner of the event. The Phillies slugger is a threat to go yard every time he steps up to the plate; if there’s one player who could mash it right out of the park on Tuesday, that’s him.
The star slugger leads the majors in home runs with 32 across 93 games, averaging a homer roughly every three games. That’d put him on pace to hit over 50 long balls for the second consecutive season. Schwarber also leads the majors in at-bats per homer, posting an impressive 10.94 HR/AB that ranks above the likes of Yordan Alvarez, Ben Rice, and Hunter Goodman, just to name a few.
Anytime Hit Pick: Junior Caminero (+100 at theScore Bet)
Caminero didn’t win the 2026 Home Run Derby on Monday, but that doesn’t take away the fact that he’s one of the hottest hitters in the majors. He recently went on a tear from June 23 to July 4, hitting 11 homers in 11 days and posting a 1.585 OPS over that stretch.
Caminero is hitting just .178 since the start of July, but some regression was expected after a torrid stretch. With a .280 average and 1.002 OPS since the beginning of June, he’s one of the best hitters in the American League lineup for this Midsummer Classic.
Strikeout Pick: Dylan Cease 2+ (+110 at theScore Bet)
Picking Cease to record at least two strikeouts might be risky since he’ll be pitching on short rest in the All-Star Game, but if anyone can rack up Ks in a short span, that’s him.
The Blue Jays hurler has struck out 148 hitters in just 98.1 innings, and his current 13.5 K/9 is a career-best and the sixth consecutive season in which he has posted a mark over 10.6 K/9. With Cease pitching either one or two innings, he’s within reach of hitting this line as long as he can pound the strike zone.
