It seems like just yesterday we were watching Week 1 of the 2025 NFL Season, and now we’re about to watch the Super Bowl. Time flies. The thing is, we’re used to it. It happens every single season, so we know what to do now. We need to fire away at as many bets as we possibly can for this thing. It’s a long offseason. We need to spray the board.
Part of spraying the board for the Super Bowl is finding longshot bets to believe in. These teams are going to pull out all of the stops, so we need to do the same thing. Hidden in all of the superstar prop bets is gold in the form of some randos receiving yards total. You know I’m right. Lucky for us, I’ve found two randos we can safely move on in this Super Bowl. This could easily be the greatest Super Bowl we’ve ever seen. Feels right.

Longshot Pick #1 – Jake Bobo Will Not Be Held Down
Every great Super Bowl longshot starts with some rando that most of the people at your Super Bowl Party have never heard of. It’s just how these things work. We’ve seen it a million times in the past and it will keep happening in the future.
Lucky for us, our first rando, Jake Bobo, turns into Prime Calvin Johnson every now and then.
Here’s the thing: Jake Bobo is barely used in the Seattle Seahawks’ offense. Dude literally only caught two passes all season. His yardage total for this game is one yard. Some of you are going to say we’re crazy to bet this guy, and maybe we are. But if we can’t get crazy during the Super Bowl, then when can we?
What the casuals have to remember is this isn’t the regular season anymore. This is the damn Super Bowl. It’s all hands on deck time. No hiding your guys. Everybody is in play. And if you look at Jake Bobo’s usage in the last two games, it’s hard not to get bricked. We’re talking one catch in each game for at least 16 yards. We’re on the verge of greatness here, I can feel it.
Now I know the haters are going to say a +280 move isn’t exactly a longshot. I borderline agree with the haters on this one. Those guys might have a point for once. For you guys that really want to slap it on the table just to show everyone what time it is, we can go 15+ receiving yards for +390, 20+ for +520, or even 25+ for +640. Be somebody.

Longshot Pick #2 – TreVeyon Henderson Is Sneaky
Now that we’ve got one longshot out of the way, we can’t stop. We have to find another one. Nobody in their right mind would show up to watch the Super Bowl with only one longshot in their pocket. It’s simply not done. That’s why we need all the TreVeyon Henderson they can give us.
People are saying Henderson is going to be a big factor in the Super Bowl. (It’s actually just Patriots’ fans, but they’re people too.)
This is called “threading the needle” on the streets. Everyone knows the Patriots like Rhamondre Stevenson in the pass game. He’s their main guy, but sidepieces are a thing, especially in the NFL. And I can’t think of a better sidepiece than TreVeyon Henderson. If the Patriots want to win this game, they’re going to need Henderson. We already talked about this. It’s all hands on deck time.
The thing with this matchup is that the Seahawks give it up to the running back in the pass game. No team in the NFL gave up more receptions to the running back position this season than Seattle. We just watched two different running backs go for 20+ receiving yards against them last week. My point is, there is enough meat on this bone for TreVeyon to eat, too. Don’t even get me started on what could happen if the Patriots play this game from behind.
Once again, the haters may come out and say +220 isn’t a big enough long shot. If that describes you, why not go 15+ receiving yards at +370? He did that seven times this season. If that isn’t enough, just go 20+ at +630. He did that four times this season. It’s all deadly.
