iGaming content provider BGaming has launched BGaming Quests, a daily-mission retention system designed to increase player engagement and long-term activity in iGaming while reducing reliance on operator-funded bonuses.

The feature is now part of BGaming’s wider engagement suite, alongside Drops and Challenges, and is live across more than 3,000 operator integrations.

BGaming Quests is built around a structured daily loop where players complete in-game tasks such as spins, bet requirements, Buy Bonus activations, and multiplier-based goals. Each day, missions reset, encouraging consistent return play and ongoing progression.

Quests invite players to complete three daily missions by playing the studio’s games. These tasks include familiar gameplay activities such as completing spins, placing a specific number of bets, using Buy Bonus features, or reaching multiplier targets and cumulative multiplier sums.

Unlike competitive tournament formats, Quests focuses on individual progression. Players complete the daily missions, earn Coins through milestones, and exchange them for cash rewards that are automatically credited to their accounts. The system is fully transparent, with no additional redemption requirements.

The mechanic is designed to scale rewards based on player progress. As users advance through missions, they unlock higher milestones and greater Coin accumulation opportunities.

BGaming said that the system is intended to encourage “low-pressure” engagement, allowing players to set their own pace while steadily progressing through objectives.

The system is fully operated and funded by BGaming, covering all rewards, task management, and payouts. Operators do not incur additional costs or operational workload.

BGaming also plans regular seasonal updates tied to events such as Halloween and Christmas, managed entirely by the studio.

“With BGaming Quests, we have enhanced our already strong selection of player engagement and retention tools,” said Julia Alekseeva, CPO at BGaming. “Both BGaming Drops and Challenges have proven successful with operators, and Quests complement these perfectly.

She added that Quests provides operators with a structured and predictable daily engagement tool designed to increase player activity and support long-term lifetime value growth through sustained engagement.

“From a player’s perspective, these tasks are also highly enjoyable and rewarding,” she said. “There is no pressure to complete tasks, with players able to work through them at whatever speed they want.”
