iGaming content provider BGaming has released its latest online slot, Shark & Spark Hold & Win, introducing a character-led underwater theme and a new take on Hold & Win gameplay.
The game introduces players to a 5×6 reel grid filled with colorful marine life and a playful baby shark character that acts as a central companion throughout gameplay. The shark responds dynamically to in-game events with animated reactions and also features prominently in the bonus content.
The new slot uses a pay-anywhere system combined with a cascading wins mechanic, designed to sustain win potential across consecutive spins. Special Pearl symbols can appear during base gameplay, carrying prizes and multipliers that are collected as they land.
Landing four or more Scatter symbols triggers one of two randomly selected bonus features. The first is the Coin Respin Hold & Win mode, where Coin symbols land on the grid, lock in place, and reset the spin counter each time they appear; once the spins run out, all collected coins and multipliers are added together and paid out.
The second is the Sharks & Ladders bonus game, a board-game-inspired feature in which players guide the shark across a Snakes & Ladders-style board, collecting multipliers and unlocking shortcuts along the way, with a final Wheel of Fortune available at the end that can award wins ranging from ×100 to ×5,000.
The slot is built on a medium-high volatility mathematical model with a 97% RTP. A Buy Bonus option is also available to trigger bonus rounds directly.
