Blueprint Gaming has released The Goonies Quest for Treasure 3, the latest slot title based on the 1980s film franchise, adding new modifiers, changes to the One-Eyed Willy trail, and an expanded bonus structure.
The release follows two earlier titles, The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King and The Goonies Quest for Treasure 2, which the company said remain its top-performing games since their respective launch dates.
The first was released in May 2025 and the second in November 2025, with both titles continuing to rank among Blueprint Gaming’s leading performers in regulated markets including the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, the UK and Ireland.
The third installment introduces changes to the Collect feature, where Collect symbols move players along a revised trail that ends with the new Chest of Riches feature. When this is unlocked, the One-Eyed Willy treasure chests display four keyholes instead of one.
A Skeleton Key landing on any reel randomly adds a key to one of the three chests. When the bonus game is triggered, the number of keys collected determines which feature is awarded during the round. These can include upgrades to Collect symbols or the addition of Mystery and Cash symbols.
Turning attention to the bonus game, landing one or two red, blue or green chest-themed Bonus symbols can randomly unlock Treasure Spins, while landing three guarantees entry, with each chest possessing a different modifier.
During Treasure Spins, accumulated Collect symbols can award up to five spins and multipliers of up to 10x. The game also includes the return of Sloth, whose random appearance on the reels can activate additional modifiers such as Bonus Boost, Cave In, Dynamite Blast, Hidden Treasure and Pinchers of Peril.
