Caesars Entertainment released its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report on Wednesday, highlighting $87.8 million in community investment and progress across its PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy, including environmental initiatives, responsible gaming and employee development.

The report highlights the company’s performance in community impact, environmental stewardship, responsible gaming and workforce development during 2025.

At Caesars, doing business the right way means creating value for our Team Members, our guests, our communities and our shareholders,” Kiersten Flint, SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications at Caesars Entertainment, said.

“In 2025, we continued to invest in our people, strengthen our communities, operate with discipline and advance our PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy in ways that support long-term growth and resilience,” Flint added.

Under Caesars’ PEOPLE pillar, total community investment reached $87.8 million in 2025. This included nearly $3.6 million in donations through the Caesars Foundation, the value of 78,000 employee volunteer hours, and $2.6 million contributed by guests through the Caesars Makes Change initiative.

The company also invested $35 million in employee training and development, supporting more than 1.5 million hours of learning. It also filled more than 7,700 positions internally during the year, including 5,500 promotions.

Under its PLANET pillar, Caesars reduced Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 21% from a 2019 baseline and Scope 3 emissions by 26% from a 2022 baseline.

Caesars also expanded its renewable energy programme through a long-term agreement with Estuary Power, under which it expects to source more than 65,000 MWh of clean energy annually. According to the company, it also expanded electric vehicle infrastructure across its operations, including converting the in-house fleet at Caesars Palace to fully electric vehicles.

Under the PLAY pillar, Caesars highlighted capital investment projects across its portfolio, including the start of the second phase of the $200 million redevelopment of Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and the beginning of more than $100 million in upgrades at Flamingo Las Vegas.

Caesars marked 36 years of responsible gaming initiatives in 2025, providing nearly 15,000 hours of responsible gaming training to more than 44,000 employees while expanding guest education and support across its land-based and digital businesses.

Caesars also continued to strengthen its responsible business practices through measures focused on ethical conduct, cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance and anti-money laundering.
