The $10 million PokerStars SCOOP Warm-Up is two-thirds of the way complete, with champions crowned in 48 of the 69 numbered events. Millions of dollars have been won, with even more PokerStars players’ bankrolls set to receive a massive boost once the pair of SCOOP Warm-Up Main Events take place this weekend.
There have been 108 tournaments across those 48 completed events. Almost all have been won by a different player. However, “Old brock” and Jorge “jorginho88” Abreu bucked that trend by each taking down two SCOOP Warm-Up tournaments.
“Old brock” first triumphed in the SCOOP Warm-Up 20-H: $530 NLHE PKO Big Knockouts Bounty Builder High Roller. The Austria-based grinder topped a 143-strong field and walked away with $20,820 of the $71,500 prize pool.
Less than a week later, “Old brock” came out on top in the SCOOP Warm-Up 45-H: $530 NLHE PKO 6-Max Bounty Builder High Roller. This time, they left 74 opponents in their wake as they banked $12,159 of the $40,000 prize pool. “Old brock” is one to watch in high-stakes progressive knockout tournaments during the upcoming 2026 Spring Championship Of Online Poker (SCOOP).
Jorge “jorginho88” Abreu’s first victory came in the SCOOP Warm-Up 13-L: $109 NLHE Super Tuesday, a tournament that saw 655 entrants create a $65,500 prize pool. Abreu was the last player standing, resulting in $9,392 making its way to his PokerStars account.
Four days later, Abreu became a double champion with his victory in SCOOP 25-H: $530 NLHE PKO Bounty Builder High Roller. Abreu bagged a $12,469 prize for his victory, with more than $7,600 of that sum stemming from the bounties he accumulated on his way to an impressive win.
PokerStars SCOOP Warm-Up Results So Far
Marle Spragg took down a $530 Bounty Builder
Plenty of other stellar names have reeled in the top prizes in SCOOP Warm-Up tournaments. Mario “t40PAGAU” Navarro won $39,435 after triumphing in a $1,050 NLHE Sunday Special, while Jamie “jamiedwan21” Dwan walked away with $21,611 for his victory in the Monday night edition of the same tournament.
PokerStars ambassador Marle “MarlzTV” Spragg won a $530 NLHE PKO Bounty Builder High Roller for $12,338, with Audrius “Stakelis24” Stakelis ($20,386), Tom “Jabaracada” Hall ($18,652), and Peter “Belabacsi” Traply ($14,226) also padding their bankrolls with five-figure scores.
The $5,200 Titans victory for “exmng” at the start of the SCOOP Warm-Up came with the largest single payout so far, namely $73,348. That sizeable score will likely be blown out of the window this weekend when the $109 buy-in, $1 million guaranteed Main Event and $1,050 buy-in, $300,000 guaranteed Main Event take place.
