For the past week, players in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Michigan, and Delaware have been busy on BetRivers Poker,
The 2026 Multi-State Summer Series kicked off back on August 2 and is slated to run through Sunday, August 16. The 15-day festival will feature 96 championship events and more than $450,000 in guaranteed prize pools, giving players opportunities to compete across a wide variety of tournament formats while battling for exclusive BetRivers Summer Series trophies.
At the midway point of the series, the big story has been that of Dan “DrDadPoker” Schill, who has claimed four titles already! He went back-to-back, winning Event #15-S: $20 Deepstack for $733.78 and Event #18-S: $5 Fight Club PKO 6-Max for $267.44, and then on Saturday won Event #21-G: $100 Weekend Wrap PLO for $1,931.41. Finally, he won Sunday’s Event #26-S: $5 Sprint 6-Max for $188.08.
There have been a pair of two-time winners in the series, starting with Pennsylvania’s “vadym”, who won both Event #2-S: $20 Summer Stack and Event #5-G: $30 Monday Monster for $1,079.72 and $1,249, respectively.
Similarly, “putt4dough16” first won Event #4-G: $100 Strike PKO 6-Max for $2,690 and then took down Event #18-G: $50 Fight Club PKO 6-Max for $2,070.82.

Leaderboard Information
The series will feature both Gold and Silver Multi-State Summer Series Leaderboards, where players earn points by cashing in events. A player’s best five results will determine their ultimate standing.
That means even if a player can’t put in a full-time grind and has to miss some events, they’ll still have a chance on the leaderboard competitions thanks to the “best five finishes” scoring system.
At the end of the series, the top 20 players on the Gold Leaderboard will earn tournament ticket prizes, while the top 25 players on the Silver Leaderboard earn tournament ticket prizes. All told, there will be more than $10,000 in tournament tickets awarded across both leaderboards.
