SPiCE Middle East 2026 will be held from 7 to 8 May in Sharm El Sheikh, the first edition of the gaming and investment summit in the region. The event will take place at the V Hotel and is expected to bring together government officials, regulators, operators, and investors to discuss developments in gaming, tourism, and related investment across the Middle East and North Africa.
Organizers said the two-day summit will be held under the theme “The Rise of a Mega Region,” with a focus on how regulated gaming and integrated entertainment could support economic objectives and attract foreign capital. The event is positioned as a policy-focused forum, with discussions expected to center on regulation, investment, and long-term industry development.
The first day will include sessions on market opportunities, responsible gaming, and player engagement, alongside discussions on Egypt’s role in regional investment and tourism-linked gaming growth. A roundtable will examine whether developments in Egypt could influence regional expansion.
The second day will shift to regulatory and operational issues, including compliance in mobile-first markets, sportsbook integration, and affiliate models. Sessions will also address player protection and financing opportunities, with a concluding discussion on the outlook for Egypt’s casino sector.
Organizers said the program will emphasize government-led perspectives and public-private engagement, with participation from stakeholders across regulation, operations, and investment.
