Graton Resort & Casino is hiring at least 300 more employees as part of a $1 billion expansion that will significantly increase its food, entertainment, and hotel capacity.

The resort is seeking at least 300 additional employees to support new food and beverage venues, including the upscale “Vegas-meets-Wine Country” AYA Restaurant, the Playbook Sports Bar, and the dessert-focused SoCo Dough Co, The Press Democrat reported.

Additional staffing is expected across the expanded smoke-free wing, which includes 221 new hotel rooms, a swimming pool, and a 3,500-seat theater.

More than 500 workers have already been hired since January, the company said. The company offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, up to $1,000 annually in tuition reimbursement, quarterly guest service bonuses of up to $1,000, legal and financial assistance for citizenship applications, and annual pay increases for both tipped and non-tipped employees.

The company said the expansion is already having ripple effects across the Rohnert Park economy, boosting demand at nearby hotels, restaurants, and retail businesses.

Interviews are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 24, July 9, and July 21 at Tony’s of North Beach, located at 288 Golf Course Dr. West in Rohnert Park.

The resort is located at 288 Golf Course Drive West in Rohnert Park. Graton Resort & Casino is poised to become Sonoma County’s largest private employer through its latest expansion.
