Nevada’s Green Valley Ranch Resort has unveiled its newly renovated meeting and convention spaces and introduced The Lawn, a new outdoor event venue, as part of its ongoing $200 million property-wide transformation.

Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the Henderson-based resort has introduced a refreshed vision for meetings, conferences, corporate gatherings and social events. The redesign was led by Station Casinos’ in-house design and construction team in partnership with architecture firm WATG and Wimberly Interiors.

The renovated spaces blend Mediterranean-inspired design with contemporary elements, creating a modern event environment that enhances both functionality and guest experience while preserving the resort’s signature character, according to Station Casinos.

“The opening of Green Valley Ranch’s newly reimagined convention and meeting spaces reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless guest experience,” said Deanna Burgess, CMP, CEM, CRME, Corporate Vice President of Sales, Station Casinos. “These spaces celebrate the property’s timeless heritage while introducing bold, contemporary design elements that elevate every type of gathering.”

The upgraded meeting and convention facilities, spanning approximately 69,000 square feet, feature warm natural tones, refined textures, custom lighting, tonal wallcoverings and bespoke carpeting. Modern furnishings and thoughtfully designed seating areas have also been incorporated to foster collaboration, comfort and engagement during events.

The resort’s expanded event portfolio includes a variety of indoor and outdoor venues capable of hosting gatherings ranging from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions of up to 5,000 attendees.

Among the newly renovated spaces is the Estancia Ballroom and its adjoining foyer, located on the main casino floor. The venue can accommodate up to 900 guests for receptions, 1,300 attendees in a theatre-style setup, and 600 guests for banquet-style events.

The resort has also upgraded the Grand Ballroom at The Grand Event Center, increasing its appeal for conferences, banquets and special events. The venue accommodates up to 1,100 guests for receptions and banquet-style gatherings, and up to 1,500 guests in a theatre configuration. The Grand Event Center also continues to serve as a venue for concerts and comedy performances.

In addition, 17 breakout rooms and upgraded meeting spaces provide flexible configurations for corporate meetings, conferences and social functions.

A centerpiece of the latest phase of development is The Lawn, a new 5,000-square-foot outdoor venue designed for corporate events, weddings and social celebrations. Framed by landscaped Japanese Boxwoods and White Iceberg Roses, the venue can host between 50 and 250 guests and features decorative bistro lighting to create an inviting atmosphere.

Combined with the adjacent Opium Terrace and Piazza, The Lawn expands the resort’s outdoor event capacity to accommodate gatherings of up to 600 guests.

Additional outdoor venues include The Terrace, which can host up to 100 guests; the Opium Terrace, with capacity for 600 attendees; and the Piazza, accommodating up to 100 guests. The Pool Deck offers space for up to 1,000 attendees, while the Garden Amphitheater provides a large-scale outdoor setting for product launches, demonstrations and special events of up to 1,000 guests. For more intimate occasions, the resort’s Vineyard offers a curated al fresco experience.

The upgraded event facilities are supported by state-of-the-art technology, flexible room configurations and a dedicated events team aimed at delivering seamless execution from planning through production.

The opening follows several recent milestones in Green Valley Ranch’s broader redevelopment initiative, including the debut of its reimagined West Tower luxury suites. The resort’s transformation will continue through 2026, with additional enhancements planned across guestrooms, dining outlets, entertainment offerings and public spaces.
