Sunset Station reopened the Gaudi Bar and gaming pit with a ribbon-cutting ceremony as the Henderson property continues with other renovations and venue development across the resort.

The reopening is part of a series of updates that include refreshed casino areas, dining concepts, and entertainment offerings scheduled throughout 2026.

Gaudi Bar has always been one of the signature spaces at Sunset Station, and we’re excited to welcome guests back to an elevated version that still honors the character people know and love,” said Lee Torres, Vice President and General Manager of Sunset Station.

To celebrate the reopening, Gaudi Bar hosted live DJ entertainment throughout the grand opening weekend, including performances on Friday, May 22, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday, May 23, from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.; and Sunday, May 24, from noon to 5 p.m.

The venue is also introducing nine new cocktails, including La Sagrada, Gaudi Bar’s signature drink inspired by Antoni Gaudí’s Sagrada Família basilica. The cocktail combines blanco tequila, Licor 43, citrus, agave, a float of Rioja, and orange salt and is priced at $16.

The redesigned Gaudi Bar includes a sculptural round bar topped by a hand-blown crystal chandelier from Preciosa International, a circular rippled metal ceiling, backlit stained-glass skylights, jewel-tone lounge seating, communal tables, bookmatched stonework, dimmable LED lighting, carpeting, hanging televisions, and multiple entrances. The renovation was completed by Station Casinos’ in-house design and construction team with DezMotif.

The updated Gaudi pit reopened May 14, returning table games to the center of the casino floor beneath the original stained-glass canopy inspired by the work of Antoni Gaudí. Gaming offerings include 3:2 blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, Single Deck Blackjack, Free Bet Blackjack, Double Down Madness and a new $5 minimum electronic craps table played on traditional felt. Additional craps and baccarat tables were also added.

“Its reopening, along with the return of table games to the center of the casino floor, is an important part of the continued updates taking place across the property,” Torres said. “With so much more to come, Sunset Station will continue to set a new bar for locals in Henderson.”

Upcoming additions include new bingo and keno areas, Leticia’s Cocina & Cantina, and Sunset Bar, a new lobby venue. Stoney’s Sunset, a 19,000-square-foot honky-tonk entertainment venue with a stage and dance floor, is scheduled to open this summer.

The property is also continuing casino floor renovations, Player Services upgrades, updated entry vestibules, porte-cochere renovations, guest restroom renovations and new dining and sportsbook offerings, including Yard House and the STN Sportsbook and bar.
