Infingame has entered into a partnership with The Playa to add its AI-driven personalization tools to its iGaming aggregation platform, with the companies targeting player engagement and retention initiatives for operators.

Under the agreement, Infingame will incorporate The Playa’s behavioral intelligence and real-time decision-making technology into its platform. The integration is intended to provide operators with player data analysis and engagement tools across different stages of the player lifecycle.

Infingame provides access to more than 16,000 games through a single API integration and includes engagement features such as tournaments, challenges, and analytics.

Through the partnership, The Playa’s personalization technology will be added to the platform, using player behavior analysis and engagement pattern detection to generate tailored recommendations intended to support retention, player lifetime value, and revenue metrics.

The collaboration combines Infingame’s game aggregation and gamification offering with The Playa’s AI personalization system, allowing operators to move from static segmentation models to real-time player journey management.

Infingame clients will gain access to personalized game recommendations and lobby experiences, identification of high-value players and churn risks, engagement strategies based on player data, and tools intended to improve acquisition efficiency and retention rates.
