Loto-Québec has released its financial results for Q3 Fiscal Year 2025-26 (April 1 to Dec. 29, 2025) – total revenues reaching CAD $2.297 billion, with consolidated net income at CAD $1.139 billion, a year-over-year increase of $58.9 million (2.6%) and $7.1 million (0.6%), respectively.

Casinos and Gaming Halls Report $976 Million in Revenue
“Our growing results reflect an organization in motion, supported by committed teams working to evolve our offering across all our sectors. This performance stems from our steady progress since the fiscal year began,” says Loto-Québec President and CEO Jean-François Bergeron.
The evolution of our offering remains aligned with our responsible commercialization principles. We’ve also rolled out several initiatives related to our Wise Play brand to foster low-risk gaming practices and remind players that chance is an integral part of gaming.”
Casinos and gaming halls accounted for CAD $976.6 million of total revenues, lottery games came in at CAD $721.0 million, and gaming establishments totalled CAD $616.4 million.
Fennica Gaming Deal
For clarity, according to a Loto-Québec spokesperson, “gaming establishments” refers to games offered outside from their own buildings – sports betting, video lottery terminals in bars, as well as bingo and Kinzo halls.
In December, Loto-Québec announced the opening of a new gaming hall, this one in Saguenay, located 120 miles north of Quebec City, home to more than 152,000 people. In addition to gaming options, the establishment features shows and live entertainment. There was the announcement in December of a partnership with Fennica Gaming, boosting content for Loto-Québec’s online casino platform, the only place Quebecers can go bet legally online.
Lottery Terminal Relocation
The crown corporation also announced a strategy to relocate lottery terminals to locations that better promote socialization and traffic.
“Attendance has increased in our casinos and gaming halls, as well as on our gaming website,” said Bergeron. “The average spending at our casinos remains stable at around $100 per visit. In addition, the holiday season has been especially vibrant at our gaming locations, confirming yet again that they’re attractive, safe and welcoming places to come together.”
