The Buffalo Bills have parted ways with longtime head coach Sean McDermott after yet another disappointing postseason. McDermott was at the reins for nine seasons, which included a 98-50 regular-season record (.662 win %), eight playoff appearances, but zero trips to the Super Bowl. McDermott was 0-2 in AFC Championship Games.

The early leader is recently-canned New York Giants HC Brian Daboll, who is trading at price of 30¢ on the Yes and 71¢ on the No. Kalshi gives him a 34% chance of getting the job based on the early market activity.
If the Bills are looking for someone with an established playoff pedigree, Daboll would certainly be a quizzical choice. In four seasons with the Giants, he reached the playoffs just once (his first season) and went 0-1. He finished his 3.5-year tenure with a brutal .336 win percentage (20-40-1).
Mike Tomlin a Contender in Bills HC Odds
A more sensible choice for a franchise still in search of “the big one” would be longtime Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin. Not only did he have zero had a losing seasons in 19 years on the Pittsburgh sideline, he also led the Steelers to a championship at Super Bowl 47 and got them back to the title game in Super Bowl 49.
He finished his tenure in Pittsburgh with an 8-12 postseason record.
