  • The Rams vs Seahawks closing odds look significantly different than the opening lines
  • The NFC Championship Game weather forecast is as good as it could be for January in the PNW
  • See my final Rams vs Seahawks picks for the 2026 NFC title game

The heavyweight tilt between the Los Angeles Rams (14-5, 7-4 away, 12-7 ATS including postseason) and Seattle Seahawks (15-3, 7-2 home, 14-4 ATS including postseason) in the NFC Championship is just two hours away from kickoff at Lumen Field in Seattle. Seattle opened as a modest 1.5-point home favorite after these bitter NFC West rivals played to extremely close regular-season games. But betting action over the week has pushed the line up and the closing Rams vs Seahawks odds favor Seattle by nearly a field goal.

Rams vs Seahawks Closing Odds & Betting Lines

The Rams vs Seahawks closing odds list Seattle at -2.5 across the board with only slight variations in price. Seattle ATS bettors can get -2.5 (-104) at FanDuel; Rams ATS bettors can get +2.5 (-112) at DraftKings.

On the moneyline, the best odds on a Los Angeles victory are +120 at bet365. FanDuel has the best price on a Seattle win at -138.

The game total still ranges from 45.5 to 46.5 with bettors having to stomach a little more juice on either side of those numbers. The best over option is 45.5 (-115) at FanDuel, while the best under option is 46.5 (-121) at DraftKings.

Odds commentary as of 4:30 pm ET. The lines in the table will update automatically with the best-available price for each betting market if the NFL odds shift before kickoff.

Final Rams vs Seahawks Expert Picks

  • First-half Under 23.5 (-127 at BetMGM)

Though the weather conditions at Lumen Field are expected to be pristine (more on this in the next section), I am still taking an under bet as my final Rams vs Seahawks pick, specifically the first half to stay under 23.5 points, which is priced at a market-best -127 at BetMGM.

The most-recent game between these teams (Week 16 at Lumen Field) wound-up a 38-37 OT shootout, but that was largely thanks to a wild fourth quarter (23 points) and trading touchdowns in the extra frame. The first half finished with just 20 points (13-7 Rams lead). That came on the heels of a 21-19 Rams victory in Los Angeles in Week 11, which saw exactly 23 first-half points.

The Seahawks put up 24 first-half points on an injury-riddled San Francisco defense last week, but will face a much stiffer test against the elite LA defensive front today, one which ranked first in the entire NFL at PFF.

Matthew Stafford and the Rams’ usually-potent aerial attack, meanwhile, will have to contend with a Seattle defense that finished first in scoring, first in Defensive DVOA, and third at PFF.

On top of that, both teams have had a tendency to stay under in recent postseason games. Four of the last five Seattle home playoff games have stayed under their final total, while five of the last seven Rams away playoff games have cashed for under bettors.

Don’t expect a repeat of the Week 16 shootout, especially in the first 30 minutes.

Rams vs Seahawks Weather Conditions

Rams/Seattle will be played in near-ideal conditions at Lumen Field, all things considered. Instead of a typical cold and wet January day in the Pacific Northwest, the 2026 NFC title game will be played in relatively moderate 44° temperatures with zero chance of precipitation and almost no wind to speak of.

Any concerns earlier in the week about weather impacting passing games proved unfounded.
