SBC has announced the shortlisted nominees for the 13th edition of the SBC Awards, with Kanggiten leading the field with nine nominations. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Lisbon on October 1.
The ceremony, which will conclude the SBC Summit 2026 at Lisbon’s MEO Arena, will bring together around 1,200 industry professionals and present 38 awards recognising achievements across the global betting and gaming industry, including operators, suppliers, payments, compliance, marketing, platforms and data.
Kanggiten leads the field with nine nominations. Betsson Group and Sportradar each received seven nominations, while Kaizen Gaming secured six. BetConstruct AI, Evoplay, GR8 TECH, Playtech and Soft2Bet were each shortlisted in five categories.

In the operator categories, Kaizen Gaming will seek a third consecutive Operator of the Year – Large award, competing against companies including Codere Online, LeoVegas Group and Megapari.
Betsson Group will seek to defend its Casino Operator of the Year title, while 1xBet and NOVIBET have again been shortlisted in the Marketing Campaign of the Year and Innovation in Casino & Gaming Entertainment categories, respectively.
This year’s awards introduce separate Employer of the Year categories for operators and suppliers. Supplier nominees include defending champion SOFTSWISS, alongside Alea, BETBY, GR8 TECH and Playtech, while operator nominees include Allwyn Hellas, Bally’s and Parimatch.
The Leader of the Year winner will be announced during the awards ceremony.
In the payments and compliance categories, GeoComply will seek to retain its Fraud & Compliance Solution of the Year title. PayPal, Trustly, Worldpay and Yaspa are among the nominees for Payment Solution of the Year, while MiFinity, OKTO Payments, Pay4Fun and Paysecure have been shortlisted for Payment Innovation of the Year.
The supplier categories comprise 22 awards covering casino content, sportsbook technology, data, platforms, marketing and player acquisition.
Sportradar will seek consecutive victories in the Sports Data Product and Land-Based Betting & Gaming Product categories, while Optimove will seek to defend its Marketing & Services Provider of the Year and Acquisition & Retention Partner titles.
GR8 TECH will look to retain its Platform Provider of the Year award against competitors including EveryMatrix, Playtech, Soft2Bet, SOFTSWISS, Sportingtech and Sportradar.
The ceremony will once again recognise the industry’s emerging businesses through four Rising Star awards spanning casino, sports betting and software innovation.
SBC will also hold the dedicated Affiliate Leaders Awards on Sept. 30 at the MEO Arena, recognising achievements across affiliate and performance marketing.
