SiGMA has inaugurated its newly refurbished office in São Paulo, underscoring Brazil’s growing importance in the company’s expansion strategy for Latin America.

The opening ceremony brought together employees, partners, and industry representatives to mark the completion of the renovation project, with live music, networking, and speeches celebrating the company’s growth in the Brazilian market.

Brazil has become one of SiGMA’s most important growth markets as the company continues to expand its global presence, with the renovated office intended to serve as a hub for collaboration and innovation across the region.

Alessandro Valente, Co-Founder and Board Member at the Brazilian iGaming Summit (BIS), said the new office reflected the company’s commitment to supporting the continued development of Brazil’s gaming industry, and thanked founder Eman Pulis, CEO Emily Micallef and the wider SiGMA team for their trust and support.

“It is a great honour to share this space and share this journey with you,” Valente said. “I wish we could continue for many years and explore more territories in Latin America and elsewhere.”

Chief Executive Emily Micallef, who addressed attendees via a recorded video message, described the office as more than a workplace.

This isn’t just an office space. This is the place where you’re going to work with each other, share ideas, and continue building something strong as part of a global team,” Micallef said, thanking the Brazil team for its contribution to the project.

SiGMA Founder Eman Pulis, also speaking through a recorded message, credited the Brazil team with helping establish SiGMA’s international footprint.

“You guys have made us truly global,” Pulis said. He added that the company’s investment in the office reflected its commitment to supporting future growth across Latin America.

We want to make sure that you guys have the best foundations, the best offices, the best support that you can have so we can keep growing together from strength to strength,” Pulis said.

Carlos Cardama, co-founder of BIS, said he was proud of the team’s achievements and the workplace culture built in Brazil.

I am very proud of everything that has been built in our office, proud of every member of our team, and proud of all the achievements we have accomplished together,” Cardama said.

The São Paulo office will serve as SiGMA’s regional hub as the company continues to expand its operations across Latin America.
