Kalshi lists Sinner -8.5 games at 39¢ and Struff +8.5 at 62¢, which is a reasonable entry point for taking the games. Struff’s ATS price converts to -163 American odds.

Struff’s first four Wimbledon matches give this spread play a stronger statistical backbone. Across matches against Sebastian Baez, Brandon Nakashima, Daniil Medvedev, and Hubert Hurkacz, Struff produced 100 total aces and won 311 of 377 first-serve points, an elite 82.5% clip.

He also held in 84 of 97 service games, good for 86.6%, while saving 26 of 39 break points. Those are exactly the profile markers I want when backing a large underdog ATS: cheap holds, limited break chances for the favorite, and enough serving pressure to keep sets in the 6-4, 7-5, or tiebreak range.

Struff hit 45 aces and won 85% of his first-serve points in the five-set win over Nakashima, then backed it up by beating Medvedev in straight sets while holding 14 of 18 service games.

Even in the Hurkacz match that ended by retirement at two sets apiece, Struff won 82% of first-serve points, averaged 210 km/h on his first serve, and held 22 of 25 service games.

The total games line presents a highly exploitable situational angle without laying prohibitive juice. Kalshi prices Over 29.5 games at 56¢, which converts to roughly -127 American odds.

The recent grass-court results strengthen that case. Struff is 6-2 on grass in 2026, and his Wimbledon run has been built on extended, serve-driven matches, including five-set wins over Brandon Nakashima and Sebastian Baez plus a straight-sets upset of Daniil Medvedev that still required two tiebreak-style sets.

Sinner has been solid at Wimbledon, but his wins have not always been short – his 2026 results include a five-set opener against Miomir Kecmanovic, a 7-6, 7-6, 6-4 win over Nuno Borges, and a 6-3, 7-6, 6-3 win over Shintaro Mochizuki.

Add in their most recent grass-court clash at ATP Halle, where Struff held his serve relentlessly and forced two tiebreaks in a 6-2, 6-7, 7-6 battle that reached 34 total games, and the over becomes the sharper angle.

Struff’s aggressive serve-and-volley tactics translate perfectly to grass. Because the surface limits break-point opportunities, I expect Struff to extend sets and push the match past the 29.5 threshold.

The historical dataset strongly favors the current World No. 1, though surface variations tell a deeper story.
