SOFTSWISS has launched a survey inviting industry participants to contribute insights for its upcoming 2027 iGaming Trends Report, as the software provider looks to map key developments expected to shape the sector.
The company is calling on operators, suppliers, affiliates, and other practitioners to share perspectives on market trends, player behaviour, technology, and regulation.
Responses will be used to identify themes expected to define the industry in 2027, with selected contributors invited to participate in in-depth interviews and featured in the final report, published later this year.
SOFTSWISS’ annual trends reports are widely read within the industry. The 2026 edition recorded more than 10,000 downloads and was based on a survey of over 350 professionals, alongside independent research and internal analysis from 30 company experts.
Valentina Bagniya, CMO at SOFTSWISS, said the initiative aims to capture insights directly from those working across the sector.

The survey is open to professionals across product, technology, marketing, compliance, and investment functions and is designed to take only a few minutes to complete.
