- The Philadelphia 76ers will be in Boston, taking on the Celtics, on Saturday, May 2
- The series will be decided by this game, so we need to get as much action on this thing as we can
- See below for my two-leg, +378 NBA parlay for the 76ers/Celtics tonight
Game 7. The two greatest words a person can hear this time of year. For good reason, too, because there really is nothing like a Game 7. We’re talking two teams fighting till the death for our enjoyment. What a world.
The two teams going to battle tonight are the Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics (7:30 pm ET on NBC/Peacock). I’m not even sure how we’re here, but we’re here. It looked like the Celtics were going to cruise to an easy win when they were up 3-1. But after two straight terrible shooting games, they find themselves in a dogfight with the seven seed. The real winners are us, though, since we get one more shot at glory with an SGP. Lucky for us, I did over 3000 mental simulations on this thing, and three players’ props cashed in every single one. Feels good.
76ers/Celtics Same-Game Parlay
Using the NBA SGP boost at FanDuel, the three legs of this 76ers/Celtics SGP spit out a +378 price. A $100 bet would generate a $378 profit if all legs hit.

76ers/Celtics SGP Leg #1 – Joel Embiid Shares The Rock
Joel Embiid changed this entire series. In the first few games, the Sixers were dead in the water. Ask anyone, they’ll tell you. Then it all turned around. Obviously, they didn’t win in Embiid’s first game back, but it was obvious they were a different team.
The problem for the Celtics is that Embiid doesn’t just beat you by scoring. He drops dimes, too.
One thing that has been noticeable is how willing a passer Embiid has been in his return to action. So far, he has played three games in this series, and he is averaging 10 potential assists over that span. Unsurprisingly, he has finished with at least six assists in every game, going for eight in the last two. The idea that we only need five assists in this matchup just proves that FanDuel cares about us. Feels easy.

76ers/Celtics Parlay Legs #2 & #3 – Payton Pritchard Shoots & Passes
It was very easy to find our Philly target, but when we look at the Celtics’ side, things aren’t as clear. For one, Boston has a lot of “guys”. We’re talking Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown here, people. They aren’t BS guys. The only problem is, they’re priced like they’re prime Michael Jordan.
What we need to find in a situation like this is to dig a little deeper and find an ancillary gamer. That guy is Payton Pritchard.
The beauty of a team having two superstars is the fact that the other guys are priced like bums even though they aren’t. Even high usage guys like Prichard. For starters, he’s involved in facilitating the offense. He has dropped at least five assists in all three games played in Boston in this series. Keep in mind, we saw some terrible shooting from the Celtics in one of those games. With even a decent effort tonight, we should see Prichard clear four assists easily.
In order to get our boost from FanDuel, we’ll have to add another leg, and Prichard’s threes look sneaky good. For starters, it’s the Celtics, and we know they’re going to shoot threes all night. It’s what they do. Obviously, we don’t know if Prichard is going to be “hot” or not, but we do know he will shoot the three. In this series alone, he’s taken at least eight attempts from downtown in four of the games. If he gets anywhere near that type of volume tonight, he’ll drain at least two of them for us. Feels easy.
