  • The Los Angeles Rams are in Atlanta, taking on the Falcons in the Week 17 edition of Monday Night Football
  • What we need to do is get some bets down on this thing, and we need to do it now
  • See below to find my best Los Angeles Rams vs Atlanta Falcons straight bets for Dec 29

We’re saying goodbye to Monday Night Football tonight. Not forever, just for the rest of this season. It’s sad, but we all knew this day was coming. It’s not like it snuck up on us or anything. It’s been on the calendar for months now. The smartest thing we can do at this point is send Monday Night Football off with a bang. It’s been good to us this season, so it’s only right. The only issue is, we’re looking at the Los Angeles Rams versus the Atlanta Falcons. One team is locked into the five or six seed, while the other is booking trips to Cancun. Not exactly ideal, but we’ve done more with less. At the end of the day, all we really need to do is find two plus-money bangers, and we’re gold. Feels easy.

Rams vs Falcons Best Bets

The two bets in this article are both plus-money, so we only need one to hit for a profit at DraftKings and FanDuel.

Rams vs Falcons Player Prop Bet #1 – Blake Corum Is Legit

In order to beat these books in the NFL, we need to think like a coach. In the Rams case, that’s Sean McVay. It won’t be easy because McVay is a genius, and not all of us are, but we still have to try. I’m thinking, given the situation, this is a game where the Rams just pound the rock.

And if we were going to pound the rock, I’m sure Blake Corum would get his fair share of work.

A few weeks ago, McVay said that Corum would get more work so that starter Kyren Williams would be fresh for the playoffs. In my opinion, that’s only partly because the Rams want to keep Kyren fresh. The other reason is that Blake Corum is an animal that you have to feed. That’s just how animals work.

Over his last four games, Corum has for 48+ yards in every game. That’s basically a 50-burger. In the only game that he didn’t hit 50+ rushing yards, the Rams played the Seahawks, who have the best run defense in the NFL. The guy was right there. Lucky for Blake (and us), the Falcons aren’t even close to the best run defense, so we’re good. Translation: Blake is definitely going for 50+ rushing yards tonight. Feels easy.

  • Rams/Falcons Prop Pick #1 – Blake Corum 50+ Rushing Yards (+121) – DraftKings

LAR vs ATL Player-Prop Pick #2 – Kyle Pitts Keeps On Keeping On

We’re going to need another plus-money banger for this game, and I’m thinking we look on the Atlanta Falcons’ sideline. There has to be someone over there who can help us. I’m thinking it’s Kyle Pitts.

He’s burned basically everyone who has ever played fantasy football in the past, but this season, he’s helping people win championships.

It’s tough to forgive someone who has ruined multiple fantasy football seasons, but sometimes we have to do the tough stuff. Maybe he is the guy that we thought he was. Or maybe he isn’t. One thing is for sure: he’s definitely looking like a top tight end in the league right now.

What matters most for us bettors is the fact that he is producing with Kirk Cousins at quarterback. In his last four games with Kirk, Pitts has gone for 57+ receiving yards in all of them. One of those games was with Drake London back in the fold. Basically, all we need tonight is for the Falcons to trail in this game. When that happens, they’ll throw more than they want to and Pitts will rack up receiving yards. Feels easy.

  • Rams/Falcons Prop Bet #2 – Kyle Pitts 60+ Receiving Yards (+130) – FanDuel
