  • The opening Rams/Seahawks odds are razor thin
  • See the opening Rams vs Seahawks odds (spread, total, and moneyline) for January 25th

The Seattle Seahawks (15-3, 7-2 home) will host the 2026 NFC Championship Game and there’s a good chance it will be an all-NFC West affair against the Los Angeles Rams (13-5, 6-4 away). LA is currently tied with the Chicago Bears late in the third quarter of the final NFC Divisional Round game, with the winner advancing to face Seattle at Lumen Field next Sunday, January 25th, at 3:30 pm PT/6:30 pm ET.

Seattle, which has long had one of the most-pronounced home-field advantages in the NFL, has opened as the betting favorite in the prospective Rams vs Seahawks odds, but sportsbooks have a ton of respect for the visitors.

Opening Rams vs Seahawks Odds (NFC Title Game)

The opening Rams vs Seahawks spread lists Seattle at just 1.5 and with -102 odds to cover. The Rams are priced at -120 to cover as 1.5-point road underdogs. On the moneyline, Seattle is the narrowest of favorites at -112 compared to the Rams at -108.

The total has opened at 48.5 with -110 odds both ways.

The Seahawks enter the NFC Championship Game as outright favorites in the Super Bowl odds at +150. The Rams are third at +330, but will likely jump ahead of the Patriots (+250) if they are able to outlast the Bears. Denver is the longshot on the board at +1200.

Seattle and Los Angeles played two hyper-tight contests in the regular season, with each team winning on its home field. The Rams took a 21-19 decision in Week 11, surviving a 61-year field-goal attempt by Jason Myers at the buzzer. The Seahawks answered back with a thrilling 38-37 victory in Week 16, which ultimately proved the difference in securing the #1 seed.

The losing team badly outgained the victor in both contests. Seattle had a 414 to 249 edge in Week 11, while LA had a 581 to 415 advantage in Week 16.

LAR vs SEA H2H Statistical Comparison

The Rams had the league’s best offense by the most-important metric – scoring – averaging 30.5 points per game. The Seahawks finished third at 28.4 PPG, but countered with the league’s best scoring defense (17.2 PPG). Los Angeles limited opponents to 20.4 PPG, which was good for tenth in the NFL.
